Terms of Service for Boosting Adverts

Before you can boost your advert on TutorHi, you must accept the following terms and conditions.
1. Payment
a) You agree that you will be charged the amount displayed to you on confirmation of boosting your advert, and that TutorHi is not liable nor responsible for any disputes regarding this amount.
2. Refund Policy
a) You also agree that you may not request a refund if you change your mind or if you did not get the results you were expecting to get from boosting your advert.
b) You are, however, eligible for a refund, if there was a system error or a logistical mistake on TutorHi's end. In that event, you agree that your refund will be the amount you paid, less any processing fees.
3. Boost Period
a) You agree that the boost will last for the period of time explicitly stated on the Advert Boost screen, and that TutorHi is not liable nor responsible for any disputes or disagreements during this time period.
4. Mobile App, Web App and Website Communications
a) While the TutorHi team aims to make TutorHi a high quality and reliable tutoring platform for all its users, you understand and agree that positive terms such as 'high quality', 'excellent', and other similar terms used on the mobile app, web app and website are solely for marketing purposes and may not necessarily reflect the actual quality of the services provided.
b) You agree that TutorHi will not be held liable for any reliance placed on such terms by users of the mobile app, web app or website. You also understand and acknowledge that the use of such terms does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of the quality of the services offered through the mobile app, web app or website.
